Textured waves and curls.

This is one area i learned a lot in, its Curls and waves .They need moisture and very little styling product; the less the better. There is no such thing as unworkable hair. I don’t believe that curls are limiting style wise in any way. One can keep them simple and natural or have an edgy cut. I never limited myself and found that yes you can cut curls into a disconnected mow hake and still look famine .Actually the more edgy the cut the more the curls go from blah to bohemian. Knowing ones curl and getting the right products really can save one years of triangular bobs(yuk) Word to the wise ,the best thing anyone with textured hair can do is get satin/silk pillow cases=truly

Cut wise  all textured hair is not the same ; Nordic straight hair with the funny curls at the nap  to more Italian full headed waves ,to the Irish/English big waves consultation and learning your hair history is key .Some curls really like to be cut with a razor(less blunt/softer/doesn’t shrink up after the cut)and some like a cleaner thicker feel and require scissor work

Color wise, there is the same choice. Some curls like the softening effect of traditional color and some curls much prefer an  ammonia free option .I am aware of the individual needs of both types.

Product, this can be key as the right product is like a dream and the wrong product is a nightmare ,let me help you find what you need ,if I don’t carry it I can help you find it.
